So I finally decided to take some time and watch Broadchurch. It’s been in and out of my queue since the first season and I finally decided that to stave off the part of me that kind of wants to rewatch Doctor Who, I’d watch Broadchurch instead. I powered through it in like a week and I do have some thoughts.

So before getting started don this week’s round of shows, here’s my thoughts on last week. Which is sort of a weird one, where I have tones to say about a mediocre SHIELD ep and almost nothing to say about a good LoT one.

I haven’t gotten to Heroes Reborn or Saving Hope (again), but it’s time to start a new week.

So, this week in TV...

Since Castle 7x10 was a Christmas episode and had a very lead-into-hiatus feel, I’m going to assume this is a good time to give my thoughts on the season so far.

It’s pretty obvious this is the last episode of Agents of SHIELD for a while, so thoughts on that season so far.

And then tonight was a pretty clear break point for Arrow, so might as well discuss that.

I’m behind on Reign so I may not be able to give my up to date thoughts there. I suspect Saving Hope only has another episode or two before it goes on break. Korra is coming to an end soon and I am cautiously optimistic they can pull this into something great; but I will have to post some thoughts once it’s over, because I have thoughts I’ve never really gone into before. And I've kind of put off any Downton thoughts until after the Christmas episode depending on what ends up happening then.

What shows (especially new ones) are people watching this season that I should watch? Like I said, I think I’ll finally watch Flash, maybe catch up on TVD and TO, maybe the first block of Revenge this season. That may be enough to keep me occupied for a bit, but I’m open to suggestions.

So I’ve had a couple vids sitting around for a while that I never actually posted to my journal. One was from Festvids 2012, the other was made of a Game of Thrones vidding challenge after season 1. But after long absence my vidding muses have decided...that they might wander back, and that I ought to actually post these ones. I can definitely do the latter.

I have no idea why I haven't done the one more day I have on the shipping meme, I guess I just ran out of steam.

Why is there not more 'Agents of SHIELD' talk on my f-list? Of course I'm not helping on that front I suppose since I've sort of crawled into a hole of not posting. Still, the last few weeks have finally made me an actual fan of the show, and all it took was Captain America 2 (which btw I quite liked) to make the show so much more interesting (also angst, I do get a lot of fannish mileage out of angst).
