So I have decided to try buckling down and actually doing on one the many ideas for a review series I've had, and for some reason the most logical idea I had was to review all the DC-CW shows from the beginning.

Go here for intro post and the DW comm I'm using for this project

MUSES WOOT

So, the last few days my muses finally decided to show up and start writing stuff. I got a little bit done on my HN/FoB AU that I've been working on for ages, but these day's I'm working on that one on my mom's computer and guess what, she's actually been using it. So I've mainly been working on my Daniel/Rose story for [livejournal.com profile] crossbigbang.

Yes [livejournal.com profile] crossbigbang hasn't started yet (and no info on when it will just that it will happen again), but I checked last year's rules and they said then it was okay to start early and after mapping the story out I figured 50k was a conservative estimate for the story so starting early, good idea. Since I started writing I'm thinking 80k might be conservative and I'm still not very far into the story. Even if the challenge doesn't start until like after New Year's I'll be lucky if I can finish it.

And what's my reaction to seeing this pattern? WRITE MORE, keep adding scenes and chapters to the expected length. PLUS I still want to do NaNo next month with totally different story writing. AND I know my muses are never this well behaved for very long (although they and I are enjoying them being on the ball now).

Yeah, I may be crazy.

Okay so I'm a total nerd, and the extent to which I take my random inclinations is a matter of proving it.

To spare those who don't really want to know )
