So tomorrow is the spring Career Day, hopefully something more will come of it this time than previously. But at least it's an excuse to see people and hopefully kick that job search thing up a gear.

I was hoping to have my newest vid ready to post soon, but it's still got some glitches and I'm going to be out of town so...it won't take much more work I don't think but it's not there yet.

Not much else to report.

Okay, so back from the family, as expected once I managed to get myself into a more Christmasy mode I was more into it. Had a decent time, ate too much, got some gifts and laughs.

Now have 'The Writer's Tale' S4 of Doctor Who on DVD (don't have S3 actually, still can't quite justify it, but one day I'm sure I'll find a decent deal and I'll complete the set), as well as my own copies of the 'Song of Ice and Fire' books so next time I read them I won't have to use the library. Also, more people on my f-list should read them so I have some of you guys to talk about it with. Plus a bit of money to spend for the first time in a while so also plus.

Also, got *lots* of half formed vid ideas from hours of iPod listening in the car.

When I got home I had a letter informing me of a preliminary test on the 2nd for the job I recently applied for, so looks like I probably won't go out of town for New Years' (am going to a party on the 3rd though and that'll be good enough).

I've watched 'The Next Doctor' but I'm still processing it. Have some thoughts that I'll try to collect a bit later.

Haven't really even begun to catch up on my f-list, I'll try but if anyone wants to point out something specific I might have missed that's good too.
