New Doctor Who in less than a week, that should keep things lively.

So, a_white_rain asked for my top five Doctor Who episodes, and Torchwood episodes (over here), both of which are going to be difficult but for different reasons, I love Doctor Who just SO MUCH and I’m not actually all that familiar with Torchwood, but let’s see if I can do this. These are completely subject to change depending on mood.
