So apparently the last episode of The Vampire Diaries aired last night. I haven’t watched the show in almost three years and yet knowing it’s over makes me feel all nostalgic for it. Like I kind of want to watch it again at this point, but my thought process goes something like this:

-So I could settle in and watch the last three seasons, maybe catch up on The Originals while I’m at it. I seem to recall I had high hopes for that show.
-But I’ve forgotten like everything about the show aside from what my general opinions were. Especially the last season or so before I walked away.
-And I’d miss all the good Elena/Elijah stuff I used to like so much if I just watch the later seasons.
-But if I watch from the beginning I have to watch season 4 again.
...(‘Nam style flashbacks)...
-I remember why I walked away from this show.

So I’m probably not doing any of this.

I am very disappointed not to have the other Tuesday shows, well more LoT than Flash. Maybe I’ll manage to write fic before it’s entirely jossed...but probably not. So instead, a look into my shippy head.

So before getting started don this week’s round of shows, here’s my thoughts on last week. Which is sort of a weird one, where I have tones to say about a mediocre SHIELD ep and almost nothing to say about a good LoT one.

I really had good intentions of doing a full review of the Invasion arc but I kept putting it off and putting it off and now the thoughts I might have put into it are gone; they were pretty detailed reaction thoughts at the time (at least for the first three parts) so you’ll get most of my thoughts on that and the mid-season finales of the CW shows. Also on the plus side I have caught up on Agents of SHIELD so there will be those thoughts.

I thought maybe I’d get going on a few more of my shows (and there’s few new ones I’m planning on giving a shot) once the baseball playoff got to a more manageable level, but instead...I started a new project (points at icon). So for now, three weeks’ worth of Flash, Arrow, and Legends of Tomorrow (I plan to get caught up on Supergirl before we get to some kind of epic crossover I’m sure is coming, but it’s still on the back burner)/

Also, I have seen Civil War twice now and have many many thoughts on how I want to make cup after cup of hot cocoa for Tony (I’m not sure what I’m drinking, but I’m cure he needs cocoa). In the end I don’t care who’s right and wrong (because they’re all wrong to varying degrees), my heart is just broken for Tony. I haven’t quite decided if I should be writing up a huge review or just trying to write fic, but all these thoughts need to go somewhere.

Though I do think I’ll try and finally make that Tony/Pepper vid I’ve been considering for a while, it might make me feel better.

So I got close to catching up on Castle and watched the DC-CW shows, and that's all that's in this one.
