Rose Tyler.

a. In my personal canon (and usually supported by canon)...

-Rose never gave up on finding her way back to the Doctor. He'd been wrong before about the possibility of crossing between universes and nothing could convince her he must be right this time.

-Under just the right circumstances Rose could have fallen in love with someone else after Doomsday but she would never actually look to fall in love again.

-Years from now Rose will be offered the position leading Torchwood and she and Ten II will run away in TARDIS Jr./some other time/space craft and escape, just like the Doctor ran away from being president of Gallifrey.


c. The reason why Rose Tyler is awesome are too many to list here, because her awesomeness is too big for any universe, much less a post.

d. Never gonna happen.

-Stop love Rose
-Fall in love with River Song
-Understand the Bad Wolf message (which never goes away)
-Ten II not feeling a little guilty that he has Rose and Ten I doesn't
-Actually look for a way to bring back Gallifrey


e. since it kind of continues a theme

-River Song because while he may like her a bit and certainly pity her, he only really goes through with it as a self destructive but time line preserving act.
-Donna Nobel because she's his best friend but he wouldn't fall in love with her
-Jack Harkness; he loves Jack, but he's not *in love* with Jack, and besides their relationship is all about Rose anyway
-Lucy Saxon, they both wanted to save the Master, and she might have been evil!Rose but that doesn't mean they ever would of could have fallen in love
-Reinette, because some part of him knew she was a bitch.

Emerson

c. Emerson Codd is awesome because he is a character on Pushing Daisies and it is therefore impossible for him not to be awesome.

Yes this is kind of a cop out but I don't spend a huge amount of time thinking about Emerson, but he is awesome for the above reason.
