e) 1. Jackie, Nine didn't want that much mothering
2. Mickey, even though he sort of kind of liked him by the end, Nine didn't want Mickey around Rose much less him.
3. The Game Station operators, because he would never forgive them for the number of deaths they oversaw (including Rose).
4&5. Donna and Martha, because they never met (not that he would have fallen in love with them anyway).
