I think these are actually multiple memes so I'm going to split them up slightly, with lots of shippy/fanish rants.

7) Clark/Chloe (Smallville) - Back when I still watched the show I rooted for them, but I lost it.
8) Peter/Claire (Heroes) - I still kind of do but I know I shouldn't
9) Harry/Hermione (Harry Potter) - Again, if I could rewind time to OotP era I would still wind up shipping them, but I care a whole lot less now.

1. Why do you dislike #11 so much?
Just can't ship the Doctor with anyone but Rose, maybe if I'd watched more than a handful of the Classic show before New Who but I can't know. And Doctor/Martha was very badly written as far an I'm concerned even as an unrequited love story and it was the Doctor's not requiting that actually made sense.
2. Who is someone you know that ships #13?
Like I said, it's allbohemianneko's fault, she ships them a lot and so I couldn't help but notice it, makes me interested. And they do have an ever growing friendship that works well for me.
3. What would be your ideal scenario for couple #3?
The season 2 finale never happened for starters. So in that space, Guy kept protecting Marian as the Nightwatchman, eventually had to make a choice between her and loyalty to the Sheriff and made the one you would actually expect Guy to make and chose her, they run away and form their own band of morally complicated outlaws who are way more effective than Robin and crew.
4. What is your favourite episode/book for #1? Try to pick just one.
Ack, favorite Doctor/Rose episode? PotW? TCI? Fear Her? TRB for being totally shippy even when one of them is only in a second of flashback? Nope, got to go with Fear Her on this one, solid cute from beginning to end.
5. How long have you been following couple #6?
Since I started watching the show last summer. Whole series but less than a year.
6. What’s the story with #8? What made you stop liking them/caring?
Peter and Claire have amazing chemistry, however the writers decided they should be related for reasons I fail to understand. And I really don't feel inclined to concoct ways to un-relate them so I will just have to appriciate their chemistry as insesty I guess.
7. Which ship do you prefer: #2 or #4?
Gees, another hard one. A/R or M/S, I think I have to go with Mulder/Scully here, if only because it's been in my head longer.
8. You have the power to make one ship nonexistent. Choose from #10 or #12.
Ron/Hermione. I at least get some humor laughing at Robin/Marian, Ron/Hermione leads to nothing but teeth grinding annoyance.
9. What interests you about #14?
Sam and Jack were clearly the main hint-at-but-not-follow-though-on ship of Stargate. And I think going in knowing that in ten seasons no matter what hints there were there wouldn't be actual ship probably colored my perception of it all along. However I do think they are a great team and should have had a chance to be more.
10. When did you stop liking #7?
I stopped watching Smallville after season...5 I think it was, then the CW decided not to show Everwood and I decided not to watch anything on the network besides Veronica Mars. But I'd been meaning to walk away from Smallville for a while anyway as Chlark was about the only thing I still cared about. I'm probably good with walking when I did, I don't think it got any better since then.
11. Did your waning interest in #9 kill your interest in the fandom?
...Yes. Coincided certainly, the mangling of the characters in HBP and the resultant loss of Harry/Hermione ship action were part of the same problem at least. And yeah, the loss of the ship itself took a chunk of my interest with it.
12. What’s a song that reminds you of #5?
Oh my, it's been a long time since I though of that, I still love the ship don't get me wrong, but it's been a while since I though of songs for it.
13. Which of these ships do you love the most?

Look, currently Doctor/Rose is eating my brain, so we'll go with that, but it's really not a nice question.

Ron/Hermione, the burning rage returns when I think about it.
15. If you could have any of these two pairings double-date, who would it be?
...You know, i could make some interesting double dates with these folks, but I think Doctor-Rose-Mulder-Scully would be the best to observe.

Yes, although the only time we've seen it was in Resurrection Ship 2 if I recall. But come on, they might as well be married at this point, and they totally make out the night they got high on New Caprica.
17. Did #4 have a happy ending? If the show hasn’t ended yet, do you think a happy ending is likely?
...ish. Not particularly happy but they did snuggle for a bit, so that's something. We'll see how the new movie goes, it could end better for them.
18. What would make you start shipping #14?
Probably just rewatching the series would take care of some of it, but also if I had any confidence there would be actual movement on it at some point would also help.
19. If only one could happen, which would you prefer — #2 or #6?
Damn, both either have or practically have already, how can I pick? I'm on a bit of an Adama/Roslin high right now so I guess I'll give them a vote.
20. You have the power to decide the fate of #10. What happens to them?
Marian breaks up with Robin and runs off with Guy. Robin realizes he's a bit of an ass and works on reforming his personality, in the process makes up with Much and they finally just make out already.

Kara/Lee (BSG) - I oscillate between yelling at the screen for them to make out and being utterly frustrated with their relationship towards each other. I'm totally sold about 60% of the time, the other 40% makes me unhappy.

Daniel/Rose (Stargate/Doctor Who). No canon sense given that they've never met, exist in separate shows, and Rose is part of my big ol' OTP. But damn if I don't have a lot of ideas for how awesome these two would be together in my own little invented canon.

Buffy/Angel - So many people love it but ...don't. I don't dislike it, burning hatred is reserved for Buffy/Spike, I just don't feel Buffy/Angel.

Scully, I don't know why exactly but I think she'd be good dinner company.
2. ...share an apartment with?
Rose, I think we'd get along as roomies, although she might not be there very often, but when she was I might get to meet the Doctor (and maybe bum a ride with them occasionally).
3. ...be locked in a jail cell with?
The Doctor, he'd totally be able to get us out.
4. ...go camping with?
Let's just pretend I like camping and would therefore like to go with...Hermione maybe, as long as we get all the good camp gear.
5. ...go on a date with?
I can't date the Doctor because of Rose, so I'll take Daniel Jackson,
What five characters would you want working for you if you were a supervillain plotting world domination?
-The Doctor obviously, need his know-how and gadgetry. Although he may not support world domination, I do promise to fund research for safe universe crossing when I have power.
-Fox Mulder, because I'll need lots of knowledge of conspiracies, either to root them out or set up my own eventually.
-Hermione Granger, because absolutely no plan will ever get done without Hermione there.
-Aeryn Sun for general kick-assery, she can head up my goon squads.
-Jack Harkness, because every world domination scheme needs a poster boy...more poster boys.

re: Martha/Doctor. I do confess that I am a bit baffled at the popularity. It's like people shipping Buffy/Riley like seriously. He was basically the rebound guy.
