About halfway through the episode I literally said "I'm starting to think Kensai is Adam," I even have a witness to my ability to call plot points. I'm still not convinced he's not also somehow related to the Petrelli's (I keep thinking Petrelli-dad, and there's a lot of reasons to think so these days).
Other thoughts:
They are really going for the shirtless-Peter angle this season.
Damn it, I LIKE Caitlin, I don't want her trapped in alternate-bad-future.
West is still creepy. Between pushing last week's shenanigans (which seriously? spell check knows that word?) and his creepy stalker act this week I don't trust the boy at all.
Keep thinking more and more that West is related to the Petrelli's. And I know this show skirts the edge with incestuous chemistry, but I doubt they would actually go there (which seems like a good idea to avoid), so there could be some de-relating going on which would mean some of the current incesty couples wouldn't actually be related either.
I am glad Claire and West's thing last week bit them in the ass because it damn well should have, that was *really* dumb. And Claire should have thought of that before.
Hiro and Yaeko both actually had better chemistry with Kensai than with each other. The actress playing Yaeko wasn't very good.
I kind of wanted Maya's power to be behind the bad future, but at least they cleared it up quickly.
In general I think I liked the episode, things are grinding up.
