A highly odd idea

Any one care to take up trying to write this bit of insanity would be highly awesome but, what if Sam Tyler and the Master/Harry Saxon were the same person?
Now granted I haven't worked out how to work in the Simm-Master appearance at the end of Utopia but the Master somehow hijacked Sam's body and set about creating his Saxon existence (the appearance of Saxon could nearly coincide with Sam's car accident) and this displacement by Time Lord sent Sam back in time to 1973. The chameleon arch could play a part in having some sort of set up there, after all there must have been some set up provided for John Smith to show up and have a job so quickly I keep thinking.
Oh and then Sam's waking up at the end of the series somehow worked in with the death of the Master. I could even buy that the Time Lord-ness creeping in allowed him to jump back at the end.
Just made all the more awesome by the tendency to relate Sam Tyler with the Doctor Who Tylers. Which would mean that Rose had some sort of cracky tie with the Master after all.
It's total crack but that's my fun random idea for the night.

If they ever bring the Master back that's not an angle I think they can continue to ignore.
