AIM has developed an error in my computer and I don't know how to fix it, I tried using Trillian (even though I'd rather not) and now it isn't working either. Boo on instant messaging.

I could be gushing over Heroes right now but instead I'm being upset by AIM, double boo.

Have you tried Meebo? It's a web-based chat interface, so you can log in to all your IM accounts without having to download anything.

Alternatively, have you tried using AIM's web interface? It's a bit clunky and annoying, but it's an option . . .

Well, Trillian seems to just be kind of moody, but it's working for now. Still lacking things like my auto logging of conversations which I only just started using and now totally miss. And just not as fond of the interface.
