4400 finale reaction

I probably should do some thoughts on the full season at some point, but right now, let's just talk about the finale.
Get out of Seattle people. Powered, non-powered, whatever, get out now (well when the quarantine lifts I guess). Jordan is the creepiest guy in the world, I'm more scared of him than I ever was of the Marked.
Really, why would the crowd keep applauding him in the end unless he had some creepy messiah power? People are dead, and calling them the heralds of a new age barely a week later, and *no one* thinks you're showing bad form? No one thinks this new age of yours built on the bodies of so many who died might just be a bad thing?
I've never been more convinced than I am now that the creepy future city Jordan saw is the outgrowth of his own movement. Why has no one on the show ever made the connection?
However, Danny may be an idiot, but I felt really bad for Shawn having to kill his annoying brother. Further proof of Jordan's creepy messiah powers, that Shawn gets no credit for saving people (through the science he backed and killing his brother), while Jordan holds a press conference. Jordan's not only creepy, he's a bastard who's probably still Marked.
Seriously, flee Seattle at your earliest convenience. And I never thought I'd say this particularly since it was basically her only line, but Shut Up Maia.
