jedi_of_urthWell, back from trip and have watched the DW finales and my first DW finale reaction...
Well...that sucked.
I think that may have been one of my least favorite episodes of the show ever. Martha annoyed me pretty much all episode until the last scene because she finally got a freaking clue and left. I hate that with all the things that should have been important to this story RTD spent his time focusing on Martha's story. Why bring Jack back at all for these episodes because he had virtually nothing to do. The only part I got any emotion from was the Master's death scene but the set up was cheep, oh and Jack's reaction shots (since that was about all he got to do) being absolutely heartbreaking.
Oh and I wish I'd posted that I predicted that Jack was the Face of Boe, because I actually did think that might happen, but I have no proof.
Now off to read reaction posts from the past few days, not sure I care enough to do a pic recap, since it would mainly consist of moments I threw things at the screen because they annoyed me. I might though, we'll see.
