Donna Noble

- Why I love them or why I wish they'd go die in a fire.
Well, my feelings on Donna are..not clear cut. I love Donna, but not always the way she was written and I really need both to straight up love a character. But I love Donna's...conflict between confidence and lack of confidence, even if I wish it had been better handled within the narrative I do think it's interesting and makes her awesome while keeping her from seeming overconfident which could have gotten real old real fast.

Well, I have no problem with Mr. Noble-Temple, but fannishly I prefer Donna/Jack.

- My favorite gen relationship with this character.
Wilf, I love their scenes together SO MUCH.

- An unpopular opinion about this character.
I sort of covered it in the first question, but while I think Donna was a well conceived and preformed character, I think the writing was more on par with the writing of Martha's arc and only CT's stage presence/charisma kept it from being as obvious as it was in Martha's case.

- One thing I wish would [have] happen[ed] with this character in canon.
Well what I *really* wanted was Doctor-Rose-Donna TARDIS adventures (Jack could come too so Donna wasn't (the only) third wheel, and extra shippy times). But if I'm going to put on my bitching about JE hat again, I wish Donna had been allowed to realize her own awesome instead of the metacrisis making her Time Lord-y for her to claim it (although I maintain she never had trouble with that until RTD needed that to be her issue for the finale).

- An idea I have for the character that I haven't written yet/won't ever write for whatever reason
Some way to get those Doctor-Rose-Donna(-maybe Jack) adventures I want I had a couple of ideas bck in the day but they never got written.

Jack Harkness

- Why I love them or why I wish they'd go die in a fire.
I don't exactly love Jack, though I don't not love him. And I usually love DW Jack more than TW Jack because I love Jack's sense of humor and just...fun.

- My OTP for the character
I don't exactly OTP Jack either, but then I don't think Jack would really go for that. I do like Jack/Ianto, and kind of OT...whatever Jack->Doctor/Rose (in that he' always the third player in their relationship but hes chill with that).

- My favorite gen relationship with this character.
As long as it remains gen Jack-Gwen. Of Jack->Doctor/Rose (where he never gets them but he idealizes their relationship).

- An unpopular opinion about this character.
I hate the fact that at least on TW they tended to write in Jack/Doctor vibes but little to nothing for Jack/Rose, and he LOVED THEM BOTH DAMN IT. At least in s3 RTD remembered that, even if he didn't do anything with them in JE.

- One thing I wish would [have] happen[ed] with this character in canon.
I wish they hadn't made Jack 100% immortal, it saps the tension out of a lot that happens to him; and I hate the idea of Jack as the Face of Boe.

I have a couple vid ideas involving Jack that I've pretty much forgotten about now And in spite of how much I dislike the idea of Jack as FoB I had a fic idea for it, which is now really AU-ed.
