A) My OTP
Hmm, I wonder what I might put here...I think it just *might* be Elijah/Elena, but clearly my answer isn't a sure thing.

B) The runner up
In all seriousness, I don't *have* a backup to my OTP on Elijah's side. It's not so much a case of believing their total soul mates and can only be together, it's just that I haven't seen Elijah with anyone else I think would be right for him. If I was going to use Elijah/honor it probably should have been #1. So maybe some angry sex with Damon (the ONE Original who doesn't give off hugely incestuous vibes for this sort of thing).

C) The anti-ship
I don't know that I have one, although I don't get the appeal of Elijah/Katherine aside from more Daniel and Nina. And I've seen people mention Elijah/Jenna which makes no sense to me.

D) My unpopular fannish opinion on said character
My shipping preferences aren't unpopular enough? But beyond that while in relation to it, and it's not a truly unpopular opinion I don't think but I still don't know if he'd have let Rebekah kill Elena in 3x15. If Rebekah killed her early he'd blame Rebekah for not waiting for his signal, but it was a signal he wasn't really prepared to give. If the time came, he wouldn't have had his and her last act in life be causing Elena's death (note, this is not the same as saying what he did was okay, just to make that clear).

E) One person he/she never fell in love with, and why
A whole lot of people, Elijah isn't really the type to fall in love often. But to signal someone else, I don't think he'd ever fall for Jeremy, even though I think they could get along really well and I kind of hope Jer's the first one to be like "You have a thing for Elena don't you?"

I actually think they're quite cute. Not in a serious way, but in a fun and flirty way.

Well, my opinions on Elijah related shipping are pretty narrow so I had to find some way to be creative about stating the obvious.

And I kind of enjoy Elijah/Jenna in Taken (not in an I spit it way, but because it does interesting things for the plot), I just don't see it in the show at all.

Okay...let's see how much I can stick to the show and how much I get into book stuff.

A) My OTP
Well, it's Jon and since I stand by Jon/Nightswatch I hesitate to call anything else a OTP, but the Jon/Sam bromance is one of my favorite relationships in the book and show.

B) The runner up
Jon/Ygritte, and guilty pleasure Jon/Arya

C) The anti-ship
Jon/Dany, I flirted with the idea early on in my reading the series, but...well there are reasons that mostly have to do with my ever growing dislike of Dany and why fandom get behind this ship. My other anti ship that fandom seems to want to support is spoilery so I'll leave it at that.

D) My unpopular fannish opinion on said character
eh hem...IF JON ISN'T NED STARK'S FUCKING SON I WILL THROW THE BOOK ACROSS THE ROOM AND LOSE *A*LOT* OF RESPECT OF GRRM. Seriously I LOATHE the R+L=J theory with every fiber of my being. (If you're only fandom for the show you may not have to deal with this as much as book fandom, but I probably wouldn't hate it so much if fandom didn't treat it as fact to the point where I REALLY want them all to be wrong.

E) One person he/she never fell in love with, and why
...um, most of the ones I might discuss are booky. But as a character the show may entirely cut out or at least leave out so long you'll forget I said anything, but as much as I love his friendship with Val I don't really get shippy vibes from it.

On a lot of shows I might have just assume you meant the lead/leads (I probably still would have asked though), but with GoT and the cast of thousands I didn't want to assume anything. For all I know you wanted to be funny and get my opinions of who I ship Craster with.

GoT/ASOIAF is one fandom where I don't really get into shipping much. I'm usually such a compulsive shipper, but this is definitely a case where I don't get into it a lot That MAY have something to do with how dysfunctional most of the canon ships are, how spread out the characters are, and how likely people are to die.

Jon/Arya is totally my guilty pleasure ship, but he this series has canon incest so I don't feel as iffy about it as I do in most fandoms.

Yep, read Dance when it came out.

...Kind of. I can see it going either way. I don't think he gone from the story either way, at least not at the moment. Either way I hope he gets to spiritually hang out with Bran for a while while he's dead or wounded.
