jedi_of_urthI'll post my thoughts on the FMM prelims later, we've got a few days until it kicks into high gear again. But I will say that I'm glad that one s done. Now I can just be bitter on behalf of my favorites who didn't win, be happy for the ones I wanted to who did, and I really expect to be less emotional over the actual contest than I found myself being over this part.
Oh, and I want to write long plotty (and E/E-ful) TVD fic and it will totally get jossed as soon as the show comes back. Well maybe not *totally* jossed as I wasn't trying to set it right now in canon. But still I suspect this is a hollow desire until summer hiatus when I can decide how much canon to include at that point.
Hey, it's only a week until TVD and Community come back. That will be so great.

My endgame OTP: Elena/Matt (they're pretty much my definition of endgame, I want them to end up together but not really get together during the show), may be substituted for Elena/college or Elena/humanity as it comes from pretty much the same place
My original OTP: Oh man it took so long for me to do more than shrug at ships here since there were so many...but you know let's say Elena/Matt here too because pretty early on I designated them my 'one day maybe it will work out' ship.
My crack OTP: My brain can't stop creating shipping choices for the Originals, Bonnie/Finn and Kol/Katherine being among my favorites, I just can't shake the feeling they'd actually *work* and not be just crack
My guilty pleasure OTP: Elena/Alaric. Oh the guilty pleasure of it.
My anti-OTP: I'm pretty much ship and let ship about this show, but I'm sure there are people out there think Damon/Caroline could be romantic and...no, just no.
