Favorite current ship

So it's probably about time I broke down and did one of these 30 days memes, this one for shipping so it's something I talk about anyway.

Let's say a couple things up front, I make no claim that I will remember to do this every day and I will be following some people's example of doing an obvious and a non-obvious (or at least less-obvious) answer for each day. Also, these are my opinions and I know they will not agree with all of you (especially once we get to best/worst rankings).

That said let's get started...

# Day 01 - What is your current favorite ship?

Non-obvious:
Richard Cypher/Kahlan Amnell (Legend of the Seeker)

Okay, so I just made a post about how much I now love these two and their love story, but I wouldn’t classify it as an “obvious” choice yet, plus I really want to say again how amazing these two are together. I love me some seriously epic love stories and this one certainly fits right in with that idea. And they’re completely adorable together and completely devoted to each other no matter what the universe does to come between them. Just...go watch it and go ‘awwwww.’

Obvious:
Daniel Jackson/Rose Tyler (Stargate SG-1/Doctor Who)

This one may only be obvious if you’ve been paying attention to my journal for a while since there’s not really anyone besides me who ships them as much as I do (although I have turned a few people on to the idea). But ever since I watched SG-1 (yeah I waited a while) I can’t get my little created crossover love story out of my head. It may only be in my head but it works so damned well there. When I start writing fic for a ship that exists almost exclusively in my own mind you know I’m in deep.
