As far as warnings, it’s a story about fictionalized amnesia. And AU for anything past season 3.

This story was a long time coming, the initial concept came to me back in s3, but that version didn’t make it very far. I returned to it couple years later, but sporadically. I finally tried to finish it for journeystory in late 2011, but I couldn’t get it finished to my satisfaction and betaed in time. But then I sat on it again for a while before finally getting it DONE.

During the time I was trying to do it for a big bang, lustmordred made some amazing artwork for it, that I was a jerk to not get the fic done to go with. But you should check it out because it’s beautiful. It's over here
