Writing woe

Okay, so I'm STILL not done with my bugbanghood fic and NaNoWriMo starts tomorrow. I was supposed to have the BBH fic done weeks ago but it hasn't happened obviously. To try and put a good spin on it it'll keep me from focusing too hard on my NaNo story too early and going crazy too soon. Not much of a positive spin, but maybe with too much writing I want to do I'll make more time for it.

Chances of that are small, but one can hope.

If anyone wants to be NaNo writing buddies I'm under the same name over there.

I friended you, though I'm pretty sure NaNo's going to fall apart for me (again). ;) But it's better to give it a shot than not try at all!!

I'm writing the last chapter I intend to put in my fic, and I've started editing the beginning. But this last chapter is taking me foreverrrrrrr... like, it won't let me write it. Gah. Technically, I could skip it, since the ending's written and this is one of the episodic chapters, but I really want it in....

I also don't know if I'm up to tackling another long piece after this one (it's at about 70k now). But again, worth a shot. :)

70k is WAY more that I really expected anyone to write for the challenge, but it'll probably be awesome (although...when I'm going to have time to read all of our fics is a bit of a mystery, but that part always was in conflict with NaNo). Congrats, I just broke 40k with mine and don't foresee more than maybe another 5k to finish it off (and probably better if it's less, as far as finishing quickly goes).

But I did finally get the first story gap finished last night, which makes it look more doable rounding out that other gap (cross fingers).
