There's some interesting pairings there. I have the Doctor/Rose too but am more of a Robin/Marian fan myself.

As much as I've spent most of Robin Hood disliking Robin/Marian, the finale almost broke me of that...for now, I'm sure when I go back and rewatch earlier episodes I'll be reminded why I never liked the pairing.

I have somewhat eclectic tastes in ships, but all the same I can't explain my Guy/Marian shipping because they're kind of a weird one for me. But Doctor/Rose hits like every one of my ship buttons and I have no shame about it.

And so you shouldn't, it's a ship to be proud to be a fan of. I love these two and always will.

Oh there are perfectly valid reasons to not ship Guy/Marian, so many that I have difficulty explaining why I even ship them. It makes no sense that I do really, and I've kind of made peace with that, I know it doesn't make sense, and maybe sometimes I just need a pairing that I have no good reason for but I love anyway. Most of my big ships I get why I ship, but these two are an oddball, and I guess they'll just have to stay that way.

I don't even feel like I need to explain my Doctor/Rose shipping, it's something I feel so deeply for that words become unnecessary, and if people don't feel it I feel sorry for them, but I'm pretty sure my words for it aren't going to convince them. But I'll never be ashamed or unhappy or even confused as to the fact that I fell for the ship, they're pretty much a OTP to beat all OTPs.
