Is there something in fic that really, really bothers you when you read it? The sort of thing that can turn you off reading, even if the rest of the fic is brilliant? Label it here... then tag five others to do the same!
Well, the most direct answer to the question would be any time the Doctor and Rose come to one of those fandom idea things, like that companions must leave the Doctor or that the two of them were badly behaved during season 2 because they were having fun.
That has ruined authors for me entirely because I just don't want to deal with people who think that being happy is wrong and that the characters should realize that. It's possible to have an otherwise good fic completely ruined by having one of the characters state (not just because they're in a fit of emo self loathing) that they brought their separation on themselves by their behavior in Tooth & Claw.
Along the same lines, anytime they decide they weren't suited for each other/were bad for each other after the regeneration will get my ire up every time, even if it's just a passing part of a big, even good story, it can ruin the whole thing for me.
Agenda-fic that does the same thing doesn't count because it's not an otherwise good story to begin with.
There's a lot of things I don't like in fic; suicidal!Rose, post-reunion OT3, Ten/Martha beyond unrequited love, etc; but it's hard to say those stories are good in the first place so I'm not sure I'll go into those dislikes here.
