1. Doctor/Rose, any incarnation after he's met her and some from before.
2. Doctor/Master, mostly in their youth before they became mortal enemies, but I think the feelings are still there...ish.
3. Doctor/the show as written by Moffat. Well, I'm also sure there's people that have written Doctor/Susan which is just WRONG people.
4. I never liked the "wither and die" issues as presented on the show, for me it never tracked with the Doctor's character. But it being introduced should have been the beginning of a character arc rather than character stagnation in an issue I feel doesn't make sense.
5. Most of his companions...most people he ever met for that matter. But Martha gets a special mention because there was just no way for him to feel like that about her.
