I crack myself up too actually. I'm torn between shame and amusement over this new found thing to obsess over.
I'm pretty sure there will be at least attempts at fic. It may never get done, but I'm pretty sure I'll try it. And I will probably feel ashamed of that, but hopefully also amused by it.
Like I said, the weirdest part is how I had to grow up to enjoy it. As a kid I knew it was cheese and being a cynical tween/teen I decided I was above such things (and there were better things to do with my hour or so of afternoon TV watching), but now I LOVE cheese.
Somehow I think Robin Hood and Doctor Who are to blame for this current state of affairs.
