I'm not prone to crossover shipping, not even really prone to consider crossover meetings (although I do want a Doctor Who/Pushing Daisies crossover one day). But I have a whole alternate canon for my Rose/Daniel shipping which maybe I should write up one day (it would be good to fic too, but I can't seem to get my head in it).
There's just something weird about Doctor Who and SG1 characters I guess because I also ship Vala/Jack Harkness to an extent. Not enough to invent a whole AU canon for them, but then they don't need it, they could meet in any universe and be all over each other.
