This actually started from a discussion with shinyopals and sunnytyler001 to have a story with the Doctor, Rose, and Donna so I think we're sticking with that. Presence of Ten II still under discussion. No Moffat anywhere to be seen, nope none at all.

I hope to start at least before Christmas so we can get there first before RTD's canon comes back into play, but we'll see. That seems doable now, but it's early yet.
