Early LAS thoughts

I think I'm going to like competing in Last Author Standing competitions. It's giving me me an excuse to a) write fic b) write fic of reasonable length rather than my usual epics c) write fic for fandoms I normally don't.

Okay so the fanvid one only goes so far as a) make vids, but I like that too.

At some point the ones I' in will start voting and later I can post them for everyone (with the possibility of getting it edited, but LAS rules don't allow for beta readers).

Both TV network ones, I'm also signed up for Doctor/Rose las when it starts (closer to my normal fandom). Plus fanvideo_las which I figure I'm either going to kick ass at or be stomped on depending on what the competition does and what the voting public goes for in vids (I happen to be proud of what I can do in WMM because it makes me focus on the meaning rather than the effects).

BTW, congrats on your Harry Potter win, turns out I voted for you a couple of times.
