My thoughts on the return of the Time Lords is the same as it's always been, unless it comes as a consequence of Rose's time as the Bad Wolf it's going to suck and even then it might.

From a production standpoint I don't figure we'll get much if any Rose in the finale, but I really don't see how the story can work any other way (and not leave Eleven a broken shell of a man that is). As much as I love RTD I really don't know how he plans to get out of this one.
