Though I do think Nine and Rose had a fight that Hermione and Harry never really had in 'Father's Day'. That episode they aimed to hurt each other. I can't remember Harry and Hermione doing that.
Willow/Xander is sorta canon? But it's hard to say because it's clear that they both had other people. Even if they remained the most important people in one another lives.
