Well, it's time for the Tubey Awards over at TWoP and while I'm sure I'll totally spam my journal with talk about my feeling on the subject, I've just got to say this:

When it comes to the "Best Tearjerk" category I have to choose between the wall scene and Bad Wolf Bay. How can it be done? I always just lump it all into the last fifteen minutes of Doomsday sob fest, but which part is actually more tearjerking? And it's not as if the rest of the list wasn't awful-awesome anyway, I just know I haven't cried over anything this year as much as Doomsday every flipping time I watch it (of course, no Everwood to compete against this time).

Woe and flail.

I KNOW. I saw that and thought, no FAIR. It'll probably split the vote enough to knock them both down in the running. Also, I say this because I'd want to know... /pedant. OH, and I picked the beach. Because the Doctor's face and her tears were awful at the wall, but the beach was worse, because it was so final.

Damn it, I'm crap at spelling, without my in-field spellcheck I'm a mess (as might have been noticed the last few days being worse than usual, but at least for the moment I'm back on my computer now), and I've been using the icon for months now and never noticed it was 'seperated'. Now I feel like I should go find a different icon of that moment (I'd make one myself but I have no idea how, that's why I always steal icons from other people).

Anyway, yeah, in the round one vote I voted for the beach, and suspect I will again in this round, but we'll see.

It's a great icon! I've noticed it used before, but never by someone I knew well enough to feel comfortable pointing it out. And I wish I could make icons, as well. Was NOT successful in the few attempts made.

With the Tubeys, I just can't believe that Doctor Who didn't make it to the best finale, especially given Veronica Mars(which I heard was *terrible*) did.

Part of my problem with icon making is I like having text icons that well, say something, but the only program I have is Paint which is not real good for text on pictures. I also wish I was willing to spent the money to get a lj account with more icon spots, I have some I haven't filled, but my brain is funny about filling limited slots, some of the ones I've got I question if I should have bothered uploading them (however the kitty icon gets lots of use).

Doctor Who was in my top three; and well the Veronica Mars finale was better than most of the episodes of the season I thought, but still a lot worse than Doctor Who and a lot of other finales.

I'm still compiling my list of nominees, I'll actually get to voting (and ranting about what got nominated/made it into round two) later, actually have a few days this time, I was on rapid fire voting last night.
