I don't know if she told the Doctor to give in, but she did tell people to obey the Daleks, and really that may still be the moment I knew I'd never *respect* her until she got some real character growth, but I figured by the end we would see it, because they spent so long with Rose telling us it was about saying "No" that I figured Martha would get there, but she didn't, she really didn't.
