Like: Daniel/Sha're: they were basically the only pairing the show ever did that mattered to the plot, and even then it sat on the sidelines a lot. Sam/Jack: though that's more 'oh just get over yourselves and get together' sort of shipping. It's more that I'm annoyed by them not being together than I actually want them to be. Daniel/Rose: I may have invented this pairing, they may only exist in my head, but damn it they are my Stargate OTP, at least of the Stargate that exists in my head.
Considered Sam/Janet: I almost want to say I actually ship them more than I do Sam/Jack, because I kind of want them to be together more, but I only really flirt with the idea of it because it was so unlikely. Sam/Daniel: look, Sam is my little black dress of SG1, I ship her with just about anyone depending on my mood, but I've never been sure why this pairing didn't have a little more traction in fandom.
No Daniel/Vala: this pairing makes me really uncomfortable, although I think a lot of that's how popular it seems to be when it doesn't work for me. I just don't find them very...good together. --(To be fair...see Sam is my LBD for the show, I ship her with everyone including Vala if the mood hits me. Daniel on the other hand, while I ship him with Sha're, Sam, sometimes Jack, and invented a whole headcanon to ship him with Rose, I actually don't find him that shippable a character. I just ship Daniel/being awesome.)
