It's not *exactly* the Doomsday music, but they did use the same...some-music-term when it came to the Doomsday music, at least that's what my untrained (obviously :), given my obvious lack of knowledge about music terms) ear thinks. When RTD talks about it in the commentary I seem to remember him calling it the Counselor Flavia music and how it was about the mystery of the Doctor and I was like "...nope, Rusty, that's not what it sounded like to me, it sounded like it was about Rose's journey." (Fair note, it's been a while since I watched the commentary.)

And anyway, here and the Doomsday music, it's about Rose. Same then as it was here. It's not about the Doctor...except that it is because everything (especially for the Doctor) is ALL ABOUT ROSE FOREVER.
