Yeah, I've seen the movie, only after I'd started watching the show...I think, it was a couple years back and I watched everything so quickly it all kind of blurs together at some points. I know I watched, and actually I watched it again fairly recently (because I was at a friend's place and we were looking for something to watch). So I can't say that my affection for movie Daniel is at all separated from my love for show Daniel, but I like them both.

I don't remember when I went from liking Janet to loving her but it was with the first few seasons, and then she went and died and it was so sad.
