For the first time in my caring about politics (which I grant you has not been hugely long), I feel that there is someone holding the Office of the President whose vision of what we could be is not horribly at odds with my own.

Heh, I'm a lot older than you, have seen more presidential elections, and I feel exactly the same way! Honestly, I don't think we've had a decent Presidential candidate since Kennedy (before my time), and finally we have someone we can see eye-to-eye with.

I sincerely hope he can help get this country back on the correct track. He had a good head on his shoulders, and a good plan. Yes, it's going to take a long time -- we've taken years to get into this hole, we're not going to climb out of it in days -- but with a lot of patience and wisdom, we can and will do it.
